STEP THREE: Submit Logo & Verbiage
Submit your logo in an eps vector file format plus complete and submit the online Label Design Form noting the text that you would like included on the label and how many color plates are requested.
STEP FOUR: Approve Creative Proof
Fax completed Creative Proof to (800) 640-1936. (Approve a label design, confirm order quantity, sign and date form.)
STEP FIVE:
Accept Final Print Proof
Fax completed Final Print Proof to (800) 640-1936. (Approve the final print layout and colors, sign and date, and indicate how you would like to pay for your branding label order - charge or check.)
STEP SIX:
Submit Down Payment
Submit payment amount based on emailed invoice. (If you selected charge, you will link directly from the invoice email to PayPal.)
**TIMEFRAME NOTE: CO-OP labels are printed as a group (once all color plates have been made, approved, and 2nd payments have been received) creating a savings for all members. To estimate your delivery date simply add a minimum estimated 4-6 weeks to current co-op order date listed on the askDebby.com/BrandingLabels page. Re-orders usually are printed and shipped first.

Receive Branding Labels
Branding labels will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared.
STEP EIGHT:
Submit Final Payment
Any service charges, expedited shipping fees, overruns of labels will be invoiced and applied to next order.

Set up Fees
-- One time "enrollment fee" of $165 (includes graphic label design) Submit enrollment fee by clicking the "Buy Now" button to the left. Be sure to complete and submit the enrollment form along with your enrollment fee.
-- One time "color plate(s) fee" of $50 per color (4 plates maximum fee per label size) per branding label size.

TO ORDER "Gluten Free" & "Organic" Marketing Toppers: Complete and submit the Branding Toppers enrollment form. You will be contacted with ordering and shipping information.
Branding Toppers Q&A:
b) When you place an order it goes into a queue until the minimum printing order is met. You are kept up-to-date as to the ordering cycle.
c) An order is usually placed every 6 months and you are notified for placing re-orders.
d) If you need labels sooner, and don't wish to co-op your order, then prices are based on the current rate card.
e) Once you are in the askDebby.com co-op Branding Toppers (TM) Label program – reorder cost consists of the printing, shipping and additional applicable service fees (if charging) only, and tax if applicable.
f) A “first time” order takes additional time for the artwork design through approval process, however it's important that you get into the queue (waiting list) so that if there is a delay your artwork and order will be ready to be placed.
g) NOTE: CO-OP labels are printed as a group (once all color plates have been made, approved, and 2nd payments have been received) creating a savings for all members. h) Color plates are needed for each color of each size Branding Topper (TM) co-op branding label that is ordered, however you only pay a one-time setup fee to join the program which includes the graphic design for both size labels.
i) Multiple stores chains pay the one-time set up fee, the color plates for the master label, plus one additional plate per store that contains the location information change. (Must be the same color for each store information change. Example: phone number.)
j) Prices are subject to change without notice. Paid Enrollment fee secures current pricing.
k) Shipping (plus handling fee if paying by credit card) is not included in above pricing information.
l) Tax is application to all orders shipped to Florida addresses.
