**TIMEFRAME NOTE: CO-OP labels are printed as a group (once all color plates have been made, approved, and 2nd payments have been received) creating a savings for all members. A) Submit your logo in an "eps" vector file format from CorelDraw (X3 or earlier) or Adobe Illustrator (CS3 or earlier.) Email logo to debby@askDebby.com. You will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your logo was received. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please contact me either by phone at 772-287-9559 or email at debby@askDebby.com.
B) Submit verbiage to be included on your label. Complete and submit the form below. Please keep in mind that the intention of the branding labels is to brand (reflect) your logo and simple contact information. Too much copy makes the label contents too hard to read. Examples are telephone number, and email or website.
Branding Toppers EXAMPLES
If you have a certain idea of how you would like the label to look, please sketch it out on a piece of paper and fax it to 800-640-1936. Be sure to include your name, the store name, and phone number of how you can be reached if there are any questions.
You'll receive a "creative proof" that I design and send to you for your approval. We can make changes as many times as it takes to create a label design that you can be proud of. (NOTE: In the case that there are many revisions made, there is a chance that the order deadline may be missed and however your artwork would be completed, plates made, and your order would be placed into the queue for the next deadline.)

CONTINUED STEPS to Receiving Your Branding Toppers
STEP FOUR: Approve Creative Proof
Fax completed Creative Proof to (800) 640-1936. (Approve a label design, confirm order quantity, sign and date form.)
STEP FIVE: Accept Final Print Proof
Fax completed Final Print Proof to (800) 640-1936. (Approve the final print layout and colors, sign and date, and indicate how you would like to pay for your branding label order - charge or check.)
STEP SIX: Submit 2nd Payment
Submit payment #2 which is the amount based on the emailed invoice. (If you selected charge, you will link directly from the invoice email to PayPal.)

Branding labels will be shipped as soon as payment is received and cleared.
STEP EIGHT: Submit Final Payment
Any service charges, expedited shipping fees, overruns of labels will be invoiced and applied to next order.
